Welcome to Andrea Cote, Business Process Lead

HathiTrust is pleased to announce that Andrea Cote joined HathiTrust in December as HathiTrust’s first Business Process Consultant Lead. Reporting to the Associate Director, Jennifer Vinopal, Cote will develop a team focused on business analysis and operational excellence. This position is funded by the Building Resilience for Access and Preservation grant from the Mellon Foundation, a multi-year effort to strengthen HathiTrust’s preservation and access mission. 

Cote comes to us from 501 Commons, a non-profit consulting and administrative services organization, where she is currently a Salesforce consultant. Before that she spent 10 years at Cara Collective in a number of roles, working at the intersection of organizational strategies and operations. Cote brings to HathiTrust an extensive background in business analysis and leadership in technology environments, as well as a commitment to mission-driven nonprofits.

I’m looking forward to bringing this connection and my experience to help HathiTrust deliver meaningful services to members and users,” said Cote. Vinopal added, “Andrea has the passion, background, and skills to help us transform our business operations and achieve our strategic vision for HathiTrust’s next 15 years.” Andrea will be starting at HathiTrust on November 28, 2023.
