HathiTrust User Support Holiday Hours

The HathiTrust User Support  team will be out of the office during the upcoming United States holiday season.

HathiTrust offices will be closed Thursday, November 28, through Sunday, December 1, for the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday. HathiTrust staff and User Support will be unavailable during this time.

For the winter holiday, most of the team will be out of the office from Saturday, December 21, 2024, through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. The teams will still receive patron messages at support@hathitrust.org, but you should expect a delay in response during this time. The full-time staff of HathiTrust will also be taking holiday time and will respond to inquiries as soon as they are able after the break.
